I bought some gems in-game and weren't added to my account. I have raised multiple tickets with noreply and when I look at the status ticket is closed. Terrible service

Only 3 problems 1 150 levels is not enough 2 Spam raptor is better that T. rex is nearly every situation 3 WHY DOSE BRACHIO COST 24 APPLES???
