What I find most important is that bigger competitors are much more likely to unexpectedly lock your account without any reason and recovering the funds take months as the support is limited to a stupid chatbot. This is NOT the case with DiPocket, their procedures regarding cooperation with underlying banks seems to be well arranged and refined, so expect no unpleasant surprises. Also, DiPocket provides unique support for some fancy top-up methods specific to my country (like Polish BLIK). What I don’t like in DiPocket is the UI - outdated by 10 years and far from being intuitive.All in all, DiPocket does its job. Recommended.

Przelew który zrobiłem 1 Marca 2023 do chwili pisania tego komentarza nie dotarł do odbiorcy. Totalna żenada. Ciekawe czy uda mi się odzyskać kasę!!!

Brak powiązanego konta, wolne przelewy itd. Dużo do poprawy

Zmiana iban i obowiązkowy numer telefonu w przelewie przychodzącym dyskwalifikuje aplikacje jak i użytkowanie konta w normalny sposób. Konkurencja jednak może przypisać indywidualne numery iban.
