This application is very informative and user friendly. It is up to date daily so you can monitor your use and look back on past data. You can also easily pay your bill. Very impressed with the app.

The app doesn’t show my usage history. It only shows my previous service. I called customer service at least 5 times for this issue and they keep saying we will open an IT ticket. I never heard back and they never fixed the issue. I even emailed them with screenshots. They don’t seem to know what to do.

I created an account and was never able tog in. It’s an inconvenience. I have to wait until I get an email about my bill, and pay as a guest.

Love this app. Not only am I able to see my usage on a granular level, it also shows trends and the weather on a specific day vs my usage. The bill pay feature is very easy to use also. Great, interactive app!
