The only thing is good about it is the Disney video which helps child to understand the concept but once you buy their service the real problem starts. Their technical team and Mentor assigned to you for child studies is not at all synchronized. Mentor and Technical guy will play pass pass on call to each other for your problem.

I joined the byju early learning classes since 1 and 1/2 year.they don’t care once you buy the big plan like 3 year(long term plan) even in case if your child is not interested in study on laptop or if it’s problematic to child by sharing video screen because of high power glasses they not bother all this think even I requested to return the money. I sent the doctor proof also who avoided for near work activity. Till they are not helpful for it and even they are not bothering to ask how is the study going of your child /not even monitoring.At starting of plan they talk nicely once 6-8 month lapse they don’t monitor your child study. So better to avoid this type of learning which not in favours of your child and child education. They are just business mind purchasing app…….. So think a lot before by the plan. 1) child interest on laptop which will continue for 3-4 year. 2) child health (mostly about eye side).

While selling the product to us the sales team were on regular followup. Now subscription is got expired and we have mailed and reached out to sales team. But no response till now. I really don't want to continue with this, I kindly request you to take back the device. Someone from Byjus Please contact me 9843065002.

This BYJU’S people are just for money, After paying they don’t care. They give all false promises and nothing is true. Following up with customer care is waste of time. Don’t waste money and valuable time with this app.

Hi, if you are thinking to buy it please don’t. You will get no support from them. I requested to change my primary number as I had to travel due to some unforeseen circumstances, had been trying to reach them for ages now but couldn’t. If you call on their number for support they will say they are transferring your call to technical team but you will be on hold for 1 hr and still no one will attend to you. After paying so much if you can’t even get a call back or reply on mail then what is the benefit here?

My wife is not able to give time to my child due to bad health conditions. To return the subscription I mail in support but did not get any response. I also call multiple times regularly to customer care, but no one pic calls. My grace period is 6 May 2022. Please help me in this matter. I paid 80k, and have not even opened course content till today.
