I try to uninstall and reinstall The app but it's still saying don't works on my device but I can definitely download I and install it.

glitch, impossible to complete mission
there's a glitch in oswald's mission, making it impossible to complete the task of catching the flying gears. i thought you needed something special to catch it since no matter how many times i was close to it, i couldn't, but judging from the pc edition, you simply had to catch up to it. whenever i'm near, the gears would bump against me and steer away. i've been trying for an hour on mobile. i'll just stick to pc ig. apple arcade has a long way to go in terms of ported games.
Glitch
So I was playing it at 6 in the morning n a glitch happened with the quest scrapbook (goofy ). N I tried everything to fix it n nothing worked so I tried to reinstall the app but when I did my whole account n its progress are lost n I tried to seek help but it doesn’t help all i want is to get my old account as I have progress quite a lot n spend many days playing it would really play it again if they can get my account back
Not compatible
I’m using the iPad 9th gen. Shows that it’s compatible however after downloading, the app shows device is not compatible and quits the app.
Not compatible with iPad mini 5
Despite the app description says otherwise, having an A12 Bionic is not enough to run this game; that includes the iPad Mini 5. The game just starts, says it’s incompatible, and then quit.
Cloud save conflict error
I really enjoyed the gameplay, but now i’m stuck unable to play because there seems to be a clash between cloud & local save data. Already contacted the customer support but not getting any follow ups, was just asked to wait until the next 7 days. So dissapointed!,

So when I first tried too download this game it said need a newer iPad and as soon as my dad downloaded this game it is really hard for me to STOP playing. DOWNLOAD NOW

Keeps saying not compatible with this version. It should be. Fix the game
Even as an adult, this game is so fun!
I find playing this game on a mobile device is a lot easier than on a computer. It’s very engaging, sweet, and who doesn’t love Disney characters? I highly suggest you get this game.

Doesn’t work even though it says right in the description that it’s compatible highly disappointed!
