not receive item
I bought item from game but not receive - 1st time I bought item but not receive, I send email for ask, then, the game send item to me - 2nd I bought again but not receive again 😑 and I ignore, lazy to send email - 3rd I bought again (I expect that the game already fixed the problem) but not receive again 🙄 Please fix this problem!

I won the game but I cannot pass. I’ve loss my heart and item. Another problem is too long time for loading each page and somepage cannot be loaded.
