I love Disney+ but even after paying for the subscription not the upgraded subscription but the regular subscription they give you ads why am I paying for a subscription and I still have to deal with ads ? I did not have to deal with ads when I purchased Disney+ a couple of years ago so why should I deal with ads now

Porque debemos tener publicidades en medio de una película, esto no es admisible. Deben quitarlo y buscar otra manera de hacer publicidad no me importaría verla antes o después pero en medio de la película? es una falta de respeto a la membresía que pagamos

Me and my great granddaughter love Disney+, but there is a download problem. I download content for her to watch on my iPad Pro, after download everything is still listed but is not watchable. Sometimes closing the app completely and restarting the iPad makes everything playable again, but then it becomes unplayable again. Then I have to delete all the videos and redownload them. I’ve even had to delete the app and just start again. My iPad isn't even halfway full, and I have the 512GB model.
