Divoom: Pixel art community

Honestly, I feel blind when using this app because it’s so confusing. There’s no help guide or explanation on how to use the app functions. Most of it it’s not intuitive, partly because the English is wierd. I mean, what is Channel? What is Cloud Channel? What is Custom 1,2,3? What is Device frame? How to set the time on the clock? How to configure the Lyric? And what are these events and points system for? Also, when browsing the Pixel Art gallery, why can’t I filter my results to 16x16 resolution only? Since I use Ditoo, I’m not interested in higher resolutions since they look wierd. My Ditoo User Manual is also lousy, it doesn’t explain all the menu functions. And I don’t know how to play any of the games at all. It just says press the “Knob”. What is that? Is it the Go button? Is it the big circular button? What? This app is so cluttered and messy and the functions are not communicated properly. And I also hate that the app wants so much access to my personal data, even my location. Also the latest update is ridiculous. It introduces Group Chat, another poorly explained feature, but when I tap the options, it all says the feature is not available yet. But yet, now I’m receiving high volumes of pestering chat messages randomly every few seconds. I didn’t even give permission for notifications.

Amazing apps…just grab any divoom merchandise and u will not regret..just hope screen on my sling bag more bigger n have 64x64..huhu

App seems to be slow

The new update killed my love for the products I have. My device settings appear to have been deleted, nothing loads, a lot of options appear to have vanished, and setting up new animations to play on my 64 or speaker is agonizingly slow if it works at all. The realization that my use of these products, which are both really cool, depends on this app working not just now but in perpetuity has made me regret my purchase. They could have made this not be the case by incorporating an sd card or usb drive into the system that reads the images but then they wouldn’t be able to steal your data. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for this company to go defunct and all support for these devices disappears. My advice: don’t buy from these people, especially now that the app doesn’t work.

App a bit slow but fun

I bought a time gate due to seeing it pop up on IG and tik tok, boy was I wrong in buying this. The app literally crashes anytime you do something. You can search Reddit and will see tons of people complaining about this product and app. All the people who do reviews on it are paid by Divoom.
