Doesn't sync to time and date

The app is great but it does not synchronize with Apple health.

It is not working on my phone

Hello Dizo, You guys are doing Really Great in improving the our user experience ! Thank you so much for that ! But still I feel some need of improvement in the app’s custom dial option . Things that Needs improvement : 1- Please provide us the feature to set the time position by our choice by just simply dragging it freely anywhere on the screen . 2-Provide us more Font styles for Time . 3-Provide us more beautiful watch faces both free and paid ! I would like to especially request for apple style watch faces. Thank you so much guys ! Keep it up !

App is not connecting to the watch.

App is not connecting to my Dizo watch 2 sports because the watch was stopped at 5 30 am on feb 29 th. I have updated the application in order to reset and connect my watch, but didn’t help Give a solution as soon as possible Worst service experience from dizo

For a sub brand of realme the app and watches are wonderful for the price. Happy with the products and app

Please add more watch faces

I have the worst experience ever, since so long my watch is not connecting to this worst app.. not even the support team is answering the calls and i am mot getting any help.. i dont know in which bad time i bought this watch and wasted my money on this

This app is not at all syncing with the watch. It's a dust bin app.
