Downloaded app and took the picture of the books QR code. Download was glitchy and didn’t work properly. Started another download and didn’t come back to the app for several days to see if it worked itsself out. It did not. Opened the app again to use it and everything is greyed out and none of the audio lessons work. Would like a refund.

I like the book. I only bought it because I thought I could download the app. Then, be able to hear and study the language. Sadly, the app is not working for me to be able to do that.

Bought the book. Companion app pulled from AppStore. Will not download audio! This is sad garbage.

App does not work. iPhone 10

I just bought the book, downloaded the app but the app won’t download the audio files and keeps crashing on me :/

It’s been 2 weeks since I 1st downloaded the app. Every time I try to hear the audio it still says downloading!?!

The app downloaded fine, scanned the QR code, 4 days later still says “downloading” and can’t do anything with it, no movement on the download progress bar either, waste of money!!!

I was very excited to use the app alongside the book but when I scanned my QR code it doesnt download. The chapters are greyed out and the audio doesnt work. When I try to change screens in the app it asks if I want to continue or cancel the download but its been a whole day since Ive started the “download.” For context, I have an up to date iPhone 11.

Unable to scan, nor will it accept the ISBN number. With similar past reviews, I would have thought this would’ve been fixed by now. Disappointing.

I bought the book and downloaded the app - but like many other reviewers here, the audio won’t download so the app is useless. DK should not falsely sell a book that advertises a free audio app for learning a language!
