Can’t print no response on iPhone 13 Pro Max

DLabel printer App wants $$$ before any printing

Trying to connect BisOffice MB583 receipt printerApp connects via Bluetooth OK unlike Gprint App. Very complicated set up, non intuitive menu system, tutorial video in Chinese voice, no means of testing connection and printing without buying VIP level access. So far no ability to test wether or not this little thermal printer works! App requires up sell to work? Upsell to VIP level presented in Yen? Who knows how much this service costs and for how long? Don’t buy!

Even when changed to english.. everything is in chinese

Absolutely Horrible

- No instructions on how to change from which Chinese dialect to English, Portuguese or Spanish. It is a total waste of time and money. This is a violation of Brazilian Rules and Laws for Imports, just as it is in the United States and Canada, and I can only say that because I have ALL 3 Citizenships

Avoid if you do not speak Chinese

Some words are most likely Chinese and unlikely english. THE PRINTER WOULD NOT PRINT FROM MY PHONE AND MY IPAD

How can I change to English

Avoid if you do not speak Chinese!

Even with a language setting of English, most of the app is still in Chinese. I was not able to print on my iPhone to the printer. And be aware, the app tries to sell you some sort of subscription in Chinese. Download was a waste of time…

Crap app

The app is not in english, cannot log into “account” worthless

Awful

No instructions. Cannot use it with iOS, nor Bluetooth on iPhone, and everything is in Chinese, even when English was selected as language.

Useless

No English directions and not able to use for my business won’t print and since it’s not in English or able to translate to English it’s in useless
