DLT Smart Queue

A complete waste of time. Jump through hoops just to get to the book an appointment page and it glitches so you’re unable to book a time. Better to have no app at all than one that doesn’t function properly. So I guess I’ll being going to the office in person and standing in a queue for a few hours, which is exactly what I would have done anyway if the app hadn’t promised to make my life so much easier… Seriously, how difficult is it to make an app that works? Yes, I did try the webpage,and the login link is unresponsive.

Worked fine for me as a foreign national but YMMV.

As many have pointed out , the passport option does not work. What is the point of having the “ passport “ option on the app if it is never to be made available?? Rubbish and deleted.

Can’t open the passport option. Utterly pointless.

As others have mentioned, the English language option is moot if non-Thais cannot login without passport ID

Can only use Thai citizen ID to make an appointment. Absolutely useless.

This app was created in Unity - a 3D gaming engine. For no reason at all. Unfortunately that’s the least of its problems since foreign nationals (living, working, paying taxes) can’t use this app in spite of the giant ‘passport’ button, which, when pressed doesn’t do anything. So, 1 star because I can’t complain without it.

English version is completely pointless. Can’t add passport details so it’s unusable for non-Thai citizens. No button to go back to previous screens.

The app is dual language, but the passport option doesn’t work so a non-Thai national is not able to use the app.
