Crap
Not efficient and working (only half star)
Just updating our details in the app adds up to our frustrations as Filipinos working abroad. I wish you can implement something that is actually working and efficient. Not everyone working abroad have the time, luxury and patience to fill this in when what we’re just receiving are multiple errors despite 100 times of trying.

Poor interface and less Options

Shows Contract Expired
On the app, it’s showing that my contract expired in 2020. When it should be 2024. I’ve been with my company for more than 5 years now, since 2018. I did another contract verification last year due to the company changing name. So my contract is still valid and active. Even on the website, it’s active and updated, but it seems the app doesn’t sync with what’s on the website. A garbage application.
