Flight destination cannot seen

Crashing while logging in

It was good before, but these days when you tried to login with your user id and password, it crashes. Please fix, thanks

Needs updates for the app

Very helpful app

Application crashes upon login

I am facing this difficulty on my iPhone 7 since long time I have reinstalled twice but nothing has happened need to fix this bug

Never refund on your cancellation

I had a very bad experience with dnata. They told me that they have processed my refund and it will take 21 to 30 business days for them to return my amount back. It is uae based company and I also used UAE bank card. Even after 37 business day I have not received my amount back. I can pretend that I could never claim/followup back if I would be out of country. Deleting this app and I will never use it.

More improvement need for the app

The app need a lot of improvement like same day hotel booking, injecting Apple/samsung pay and redeeming dnata points directly online

Nice App

Amazing App with competitive fare. The only draw back is that booking is not live once done on the app. Dnata team has to re-confirm back which sometimes might not be possible

Mixed up hotel booking. Left stranded without alternative.

Have very bad experience with dnata. Booked us wrong hotel. Did not know it until check in. And they did not offer alternative because all hotels were full. We were stranded.
