Dns Changer

With my iphone 11 which just updated to ios 15.2.1, I tried this app, it created a local vpn with address 127.1.1.127, 'connect on demand', however the vpn is not connectable, thus all my net traffic still goes straight to my isp. I tried to ping 127.1.1.127 but got none response.

can somebody tell me how to use it I can’t catenate
