The app does not work well. Ordered pickup service, was waiting during 2 days, they didn’t call and just sent failure notices twice that they could not pick it up. Looks like a scam.

Ive been trying to talk to customer support about cancelling my first order because I ordered it to the wrong address. I also asked questions about the pick up points. They don’t answer all my questions and I still can’t change the address. The first order (bag) was also not delivered to the (wrong) address when I went by that address. In the final email they told me I should place an order through the app, even though I’ve mentioned I placed my order through the website several times. So much effort for a first order, it’s just not worth it. Especially not for the premium prices they are asking.

If you want to make sure you ruin or lose your clothes, use Dobbi and waste your time with the most unbelievable customer service desk in the world.

Totally non functional app, confirmation email never arrives despite trying several different email addresses. Service is total disarray, lost two pairs of trousers for months with no explanation or apology. If this wasn’t the only dry cleaners for miles around I would never, ever, ever use them.

Already for the 3rd day i am not receiving my clothes back after i paid 100 eur for cleaning. They do not puck up the phone, tracking code shows that the order is due to be delivered 3 days ago, but still on the way with no updates. I sent them an email and 3 days not receiving any response. Last time i placed any order and will report them to police for stealing their customers’ belongings. Amsterdam.

Was rook niet fris gewassen maar eerder muffig toen ik het terug kreeg. Gingen dingen mis met de bezorging, en vond de was niet netjes gevouwen.

Bij het afrekenen van mijn eerste bestelling moest ik kosten betalen voor de waszak dit staat alleen in de algemene voorwaarden - nergens anders bij het afrekenen/ prijslijst wordt dit vermeld. Nog erger, als je er geen gebruik meer van wil maken moet je de zak zelf opsturen hetgeen ook weer geld kost. Ik zal in het vervolg gewoon gebruik maken van de stomerij verder op - ook beter voor het milieu.

Zeer slechte service en bovendien betaal je een grote prijs; ze voegen dingen toe die je niet hebt besteld zonder verwijzing naar jou; ik raad het gebruik van die slechte service niet aan en ook te duur

Al twee keer gebruikt. Laatste keer mijn dekbed laten doen en deze kwam netjes op tijd terug. Deze service raad ik aan!

Ik heb dobbi nu 3 x gebruikt en alles is steeds keurig netjes opgehaald en mooi schoon en gestreken terugbezorgd 👍🏻.
