Користувалася послугами психолога на Dobrodoc у Тетяни Ширіпи. Консультації виявилися дуже комфортними та дієвими, Тетяна допомогла вирішити декілька моїх запитів. У результаті консультацій я змогла зорієнтуватись з подальшими діями у житті та лишилася дуже задоволенна, це позитивно вплинуло на якість мого життя

Заходжу в "що вас турбує" вид консультації - в клініці. Далі "замовити консультацію". Спінер безкінечно крутиться і не показує клініки.

Overall the experience was great, and I liked that I could wait in my own home to speak to a doctor. The only thing I wish was better was the explanation of how I would be notified that my appointment was about to begin. I had to constantly keep the app open. I had push notifications turned on, volume turned up really loud, but nothing like that happened. I also wish it would have told me how many people were ahead of me, but overall, very positive experience. Super quick and easy, and less what I would have spent at the urgent care by my house.

I had an infection. I needed an antibiotic, but didn’t want to risk getting the flu by going in to Urgent Care. The state of Alabama is currently under a state of emergency because the flu is rampant. The doctor called me back within an hour. He looked at the pictures I sent. He asked lots of questions. He called me in an antibiotic. It helped me get through the weekend till I could get into the dermatologist today. It ended up I had to have a cyst removed, but the antibiotic helped with the infection that was causing so much of the pain. It was a life saver...and I avoided being exposed to the flu!

The last thing I want to do when I’m sick enough to see a doctor is to get dressed up and go to sit in a room with other sick people and wait for possibly hours to see a doctor. I have had such quick, reliable, accurate, help from Dobrodoc that I have recommended them to many friends and family. Several of them have been helped as they have reached out to Dobrodoc. I love it!

I used this service twice over the busy Thanksgiving holidays and loved it! The app told me when a doctor had seen my records and I received a call from the doctor very soon after. Both doctors took their time to understand my issue and helped me understand what the right treatment was. The doctors sent a prescriptions directly to my pharmacy, and I felt better the next day. Would highly recommend this service!

I tried using the browser first and the video was not supported on my phone. Once I set up my acct and got signed into the app I was already in the que from trying in the browser. I saw a Family Medicine Doctor Cole. I shared a photo of a rash. He sent an RX to my pharmacy to treat symptoms. He advised me if it returns then I’ll need to see my pcp to discuss managing it as a chronic condition. So very easy, inexpensive and as good as face to face visit.

I rarely write reviews. But Louise today was such an amazing help. I had trouble logging on and making an appointment and she was very good in staying with me on the phone and helping through the issues. Such a patient person. Very kind in listening to me. This is app and the people I’ve talked to have been so great. I love it.
