Is the issue with login ever going to be fixed? It’s been almost a year that I cannot login. But my wife can work with the app perfectly

It is a pity as it affects the communication means to my GP. We contacted several times even got our emails reset and it still crashes. Better to test thoroughly before any changes. As this happened after the multifactor authentication update. This souses several latency in order to just ask question or contact and we need to wait on the phone. No starts.

The app is so broken that you can.t even log in. Basically you are unable to get in touch via app. Use the phone instead. It.s ridiculous…

App never works

Afspraak maken lukt niet eens. Het is eeuwig aan het laden.

I haven’t been able to log in for months because the app doesn’t send me an email verification, and this is getting really frustrating. Please fix this in order for people to receive the medical help they need.

App is ugly and clunky, one of the worst UXs ever seen. The worst part of it is that notifications aren’t delivered! I wouldn’t be surprised to find out it doesn’t satisfy the security and privacy requirements of a medical app.

app too complicated, many times doesn’t work. Many times delete and download. Not efficient.
