Service quality has deteriorated

The app lags significantly. The customer care executives are never able to solve any issues.

Getting worse by time

Don’t get trapped with this software. No support, no callbacks, no maintenance, no updates as per government guidelines & getting costlier day by day. From the very next day after sending you monthly bills, they will send you payment reminders thrice daily despite payment due date is even more then 2 weeks ahead. Even once you pay before due date, they will keep on sending you daily payment reminders. They are behaving like recovery agents & hungry only for your money, without any maintenance of their software. Once your patients data are in software, you are trapped to continue with the software. Worst app.

Poor service

The service has deteriorated since last 1 to 2 years. There are many bugs and this app is very slow now a days

OPD FRIENDLY APP

I am using the app for almost 2 yrs now Quite seamless working app Touch concept is the greatest advantage Can generate the whole prescription less than 30 seconds Booking appointments is an added advantage

Pathetic support team.

Pathetic support team. Issue remains unresolved for days. No reply to mails. Calls never attended.

No Services

Since past few months the service has deteriorated no one calls you back even no one picks up the customer support number, I think there is something wrong with the company now. Hope you are not shutting it down.

DocOn app doesn’t work with latest iPad ios 16.1. Customer support not working. Bad service by DocOn.

Very bad service since last few months

No one will call you back , no one will give you answers what is wrong with your software. This is doctor software and you made joke of it.. my software is crashing since 20 days and no one responding.. Please don’t fall for trap..

Various bugs are there but no one solve since many years.

Vial sending Video Consultation massage to patient, in this massage given one link for download DocOn App for Patient, but this link was wrong. And in vaccination chart many brands are wrong, means for example, when you going for give Polio drops in 9 months but in given options brands name are shown of Typhoid vaccine and etc. Many time I requested on mail but there is no solutions or no reply and many time I requested for call back from back end team but no one called me.
