Unable to play videos in ios app since yesterday..please rectify the issue

Using this app from last 1 year previously had lot of glitches in app but now app is working fine.

Great app for Neet PG

The videos are short and crisp, upto the point. My friend suggested to subscribe DocTutorials and it really helped me a lot with Videos, Question Bank & Test Series. Grand tests are really needful.

To study in this app is never going to end in a good way though worst app for students because its wasting time of students by making it difficult to operate this app in every aspect i don't know if anyone would ever make changes by reading the comments they get….

All the functionality working in good way

There are plenty of videos that need to be covered and app doesn’t make it easy at all. Any attempt to forward or rewind the videos by 10 sec even makes the controls from the screen disappear making it impossible to play the video, Inturn wasting the precious time of students. This makes watching a video of 20min for lasting it as long as 40min even without distractions for this very reason. It is annoying and almost makes it discouraging to watch class videos.

Quality of the interface and app experience (especially videos) is so bad. Gets stuck every 10 minutes, connectivity is poor and feels amateur in comparison to the competition like marrow. Suggest spending on app improvement rather than aggressive marketing.

No split screen …it is very difficult to prepare notes while watching videos kindly upgrade the app

Very poor customer service
