The designers should be ashamed of themselves. It’s like they have never used an online banking app before and watched a video to learn how humans interact with a smart phone. I am actively looking for another way to bank overseas.
I hardly write reviews but this app has been my nightmare for over 2 years. I didn’t know it was possible for an app to be so horrific. Nothing on it works, even clicking the buttons is a pain and you have to press multiple times for a single number to register. The measurements of the app are off so half the time the buttons are inaccessible. It’s terrible
This has made paying my bills a nightmare because now it’s just a guessing game… is there less money than before? Cool hopefully the auto pay went to the right people….. this is not how banking should be. I can’t wait to close out the account in August.
I wish I could be more supportive of my fellow developers. However, this app is just horrible. Face ID does not work. I cannot login due to communication issues with the host. The app design is just not good. I am not sure if it is due to German regulations and laws regarding how these apps are supposed to function, but this is just not it. Please do better! Okay time to assist since I am not sure what testing was actually done. 1) interaction with FaceID is not functional. 2) when trying to log in with FaceID and it fails users have to close the app and reopen it to use other authorization features. 3) The app doesn’t seem to pull username and password from Apple Keychain. 4) Don’t event get me started on how confusing navigation within the app and banking features are but I will blame overall web design for this because the website is confusing as well.
Unlike all the other negative comments about this app, I think that it’s pretty decent. It’s okay but not the best and cannot compare to other US bank apps. I do like their built in two-factor authentication because it’s responsive, and relatively quickly at that. Instead of only complaining on comments, I’d like to suggest one quality of life improvement. If the bank app could have a “spending history” or some type of accounting tracker, it would make it super convenient for the average user to track their recent purchases, without having to look at their account statements.
Why do I have to authenticate with an emailed code every time I open the app? Isn’t Face ID supposed to be quick and easy? I can get over the app being subpar, but the authentication process is driving me crazy!
If you are thinking about using this bank RUN. There’s fees for everything and the app is soo soo bad. How come i use face ID and still need a otp that never comes. This is my last week with them.
There was very little effort in making a good app here. It seems like they created the cheapest/ lowest quality app possible just to get by.
This app is trash. How is it possible that you guys are responsible for keeping track of my money, but can’t manage to come up with a usable app so I can see my transaction.
