Dogo: Dog & Puppy Training

The recent update is crashing the app and I am not able to open the app on my phone. Can you please address this asap

I use the app to track my dog’s potty and walk times. Adding tracking logs is full of bugs 1. After adding an event, the app freezes. I’ll need to kill the app and restart again. Sometimes, the event don’t get properly saved. 2. The time selector is very buggy - even after typing in a time, the time selector does not update. I’ve just unsubscribed. App reliability is the reason why I’m unsubscribing. Too many bugs for me to do the basic functionality of tracking.

I like the app, I think it suits well new puppy owners. P.S. their potty log and articles are great.

Due to my schedule I don’t have too much time to train my baby on a regular basis. But I love how I can record videos and have them viewed by experts who can give me tips and concerns. It is definitely worth it and I will continue to use well after Teddy is fully trained

I love how puppy parents can communicate through the app. However it’s missing a few key tracking items: “Treat” and “Vomit”. It would be super helpful to be able to log these items on the tracker too. Or simply create a “Custom” with an emoji option to be able to log these types of things on the daily tracker.

Really good app with a clean UI and helpful features, but the developers need to dogfood their own app and understand the frustrating UX when it comes to the repeated review requests. Every single day I get a pop up asking me to give them a five star review. This is a paid product, please let me use it in peace after purchasing. Since I’m now writing a review, please address the recent increase in user interaction latency. Maybe it’s not a wide spread issue, but logging events used to be much faster for me and now it takes up to 5-10 seconds for an event to log successfully. Overall a good app, does what it’s advertised to do and has been really helpful to us. But the UX has degraded over time, which leaves a lot of room for improvement.

I’m sure the app’s content is very nice, but it’s incredibly misleading when apps pretend to have free features and then have precisely no free features. Update: based on the developer’s response to this comment, maybe the app is just broken. I was able to log exactly one potty break for free. Trying to log a second potty break prompted the app to try to force me into buying or free-trialing the premium version and there was no way to get past the prompt and finish logging the potty breaks. So if the app is supposed to consistently have some features for free, it is broken because there is no way to tell the app you’d like to stick with the free version and continue only using free features after you use a free feature one time.

1 year… and I am very happy with it, the instructions worked for me, I very much appreciate the responses from the trainers, I love the tracker, and I love how unlocking exercises and submitting videos, make me more motivated to progress. My favorite parts of the app is the daily mastering exercises, it has been essential to our consistency, and the family tracker, as family members can continue the same routine when I am away. Thank you for assisting me in Abudi’s growth.

This app use to be excellent but now you literally can’t do anything without the subscription which is $90!! May I mention. They claim they care about helping pet owners and pets but seems to me the care about the money more. That price is ridiculously high and without a subscription all you can do is raise your login streak. Bottom line find another app if your actually looking for help with training

Originally there was an option on the app to watch an ad to unlock a training module, however after 2 weeks the option disappeared. I am not sure if it is an issue with the app, if there are no ads currently available, or if the free option disappears after 2 weeks. Overall I was enjoying the app but cannot use it anymore.
