If you want to deal with a professional bank switch to PNC dollar bank is very amateur compared to them

Can’t cancel a lost card from the app Can find account numbers on the app Try to order custom debit card and it won’t send. Extremely frustrating

The mobile app needs improvements! It always freezes up.

There is some difficulty in making deposits because it wants FOR DOLLAR BANK MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY written on the back. My handwriting is beautiful and maybe the bot can’t read it. I have begun depositing those problems checks Elsewhere.

Do your research on this institution before you open any sort of account. You’ll notice there are very few positive reviews. I’ve been a member for less than 2 weeks and already regret my decision. The employees are nice but their policies are ridiculous.

Sometimes it takes me 3 times to deposit the check very aggravating. Even though I put the same amount in every time the camera can’t pick it up.

Dollar bank purchased the bank I’ve been with for years. I’ve been using the app and online bill pay. I was concerned when they switched over. Everything’s going great. This. App is much easier to use.

Your app is slow when responding and does not have a back button. The standard bank app was better and faster to respond !!!!! The customer service rep that I spoke with when I called you had a condescending tone like I was stupid ! Also , your wait times on phone calls is excessive !!!

So far, going fine. We’ll see what happens with the direct deposits this and next week.

All of a sudden I cannot deposit a check using the app? The picture is bright and clear and I've never had a problem before why now?
