terrible quality on clothes at ridiculous prices! They do not offer refunds, and if you do refund you have to pay to return it. Clothes smells like rat poison

it says i need to add a last name to my account and i DO have my last name connected when i check on the website itself. however on the app it says its not added and i cant change or add anything to my account info on the app.
