I HATE the new blue update. it’s AWFUL and inaccessible. You’ve taken away the slider so the only way to wiz ahead and back is to click the little arrow fifty times

The app has big problems keeping track of where I have listened to, numerous times I have to find where I am up to as the booking lock has not been remembered. This is especially prevalent when I've got more than one book on the go. This is fundamental to a book reading app. I would love to have the chance to use a different app but obviously I'm fixed to this one

We encourage young people with a vision impairment and their schools to use RNIB Bookshare and the EasyReader app but there is always an issue with downloading a book, and/or using other features in the app. Please Dolphin and RNIB Bookshare make it easier for our SEN users to be able to access independently either on the app or on the website. It’s been too long for these ongoing issues to continue …. Thank you

I’ve been using this app for a number of years, and as you can understand from that it must be quite good. However, in the last few months it had become infuriating. It periodically tells me that my password is incorrect and just send me round in a loop. It’s happening again at the moment, which of course is why I’m on the App Store. Maddening!

An excellent app that delivers content, in a highly accessible way, from a wide range of libraries.

constant problems , which often means having to deleted one’s library. cannot contact the company , poor features

Visually impaired and I can only use the audio function. It would be good if it could be connected by Bluetooth to speakers or set sleep timer to end of chapter.

Subscription associated with my Apple account simply disappeared, taking all my settings with it. Logging back in with Apple did not restore. This was using the external Fastspring method of payment rather than Apple in-app purchase, so maybe that's what I should do in future; still, very poor show and I'm not really inclined to pay up again when I still had most of a year's subscription at the lower price left.

I have spent long time struggling to access journal articles and text books for university. I am very much a visual learner but due to severe sight loss cannot keep up with the amount of reading required. This app allows for easy integration with one drive for all my files, RNIB bookshare and many other systems that I don’t currently use. It was able to quickly and easily download books and import them in to the software. The OCR recognition was poor and lost the formatting really easily. Journal articles are not that easy to deal with but it even more difficult to follow. It does allow for really easy bookmarking of position and automatically organises texts into chapters which was very accurate for the text books. Again the text view was often inaccurate though. This app has promise but at the moment isn’t the solution for me.
