Horrible app or product haven’t yet decided cant seem to switch modes on the dolphin should probably add an option for that on the app eventually

I like the concept of the dolphin but really like the polarize better. If the power goes off so does the dolphin. Sometimes it’s a week before you realize it’s not running on schedule. Every review is spot on about the app. I will never get those minutes back trying to get it to work. I was hoping for notifications, to be able to control the cleanings remotely….nope!

I can’t get anywhere with this app. From the looks of the reviews I’m not alone. I’m not even getting into the issue’s other than the app just does not work. I do really like the Dolphin pool cleaner but this app will make you bang your head on a brick wall.

I try to log in with my dealer log in because we are repeatedly having issues with the active series cleaners but i keep getting an error message. Will be calling maytronics customer support about both issues today because it’s impossible to get rep out here

To my understanding you should be able to edit the power supply features with this app. I work on dolphins daily and it’s very frustrating for customers that the app is absolute garbage and doesn’t do what it advertises. The power supply features do not work in the app whatsoever.

Never gives you a “create your login” so you can’t “login”. Like I said...zero stars. Part of the reason I bought this robot was you could control and schedule from your phone....nope!
