So yesterday I accidentally touched the pay to play without ads button. Totally accidentally! But the “we’re surprised you supported us” response showed me I’d done it. A bit mad at myself but thought oh well it’s only $7.99. I’ll play the year and pay more attention to where my fingers are in the future BUT this morning I opened my ‘ad free’ game only to find ads … just like before you took my money. Quite the scam dominoe man!
Good game however you end up watching more ads than gameplay a round of gameplay lasts about 20 seconds and then you have to watch 30 second ads for every game which is pointless to download and use memory on the device and data on the bill.

The probabilities that happen are too unnatural - consistently there are players (particularly Russian, Ukrainian and US) are able to pull of things like consistently having exactly the right tiles at the right time all through the game, they play as though they can see your tiles and play exactly what you do not have consistently through the game even though it’s a game of educated guesses at best …. Something is not right, either the randomized in the game is cheap logic or people have have hacks … nothing else explains it

I love this game and have been playing it a while. I sent an email 5 days ago with no reply. It’s about one of the players who started playing about 2 months ago. I don’t know how long he’s been using racist remarks but it’s unfortunate that the person felt the need. You’ve given anyone the opportunity if they need to feel they must use racist remarks by using one of the phrases you have provided, without anyone knowing what they are truly saying or meaning. So for this individual, blatantly not use those given, truly has hate in him/her. As a paid player or anyone else we should not have to deal with such hate. Todays date is 6/17/24 and have sent an additional 3 emails; 6/7, 6/11 and 6/15 to the email address you suggested on your reply here on this format and still have had no reply.
However I do not understand how to move up in the “promotion zone”. Or why I’ve been playing at least 30 games straight now and won about 27 and I still have 0 points, I’m only gaining points in the “daily and monthly points” Can someone please explain whether if this is something wrong, a glitch, or a reason why I’m not moving forward with continuously wins and clearly In the lead?
The game is well done but the algorithms are completely messed up, the more you play the more you realize this! Player after player go to the boneyard and pick the correct piece in their first attempt, this happens over and over in over 300 hubdred games played!! It is mathematically impossible unless there is a cheat code available or its all AI or bots!!! WTH… you gotta fix this!
