Sinds de laatste twee app-updates is de app alle gegevens na iedere sessie op de W900 kwijt. Bijvoorbeeld: na 1500m lopen zegt de app: De sessie wordt niet opgeslagen. De afgelegde afstand is niet lang genoeg om de sessie op te slaan (minimaal 100 m). En resteert “verlaten” of “sessie hervatten”. In beide gevallen ben je dus alles kwijt 😡

The app doesn't see my personal sessions. You also cannot switch to another screen to watch something because then it disconnects. Please fix this.

Ik heb een ipone 13. Op het moment dat je kiest voor sessie met begeleiding loopt de telefoon direct vast en moet je opnieuw het programma opstarten. Je kunt dit dus niet gebruiken

Sinds de laatste update is het horizontale scherm weg. Kan alleen nog in portet mode. Terwijl mijn crosstrainer een horizontale houder heeft.

Please help, the app does not connect to my treadmill. What should I do?

Ik heb een tijdje de app niet gebruikt, maar ik kan niet meer inloggen in de app. Bij het inlog scherm gaat hij niet verder. Graag een oplossing voor dit probleem. Ik heb een iPhone en mijn partner een Samsung. Ook hij kan niet meer inloggen.

The app assumes you keep staring at the app during your bike ride instead of doing something fun like streaming a movie. After a few minutes it aborts my session and the bike resets itself, losing all progress. I thought switching back to the app every 10 mins or so would resolve this but no, again lost my progress….. What designer expects you to stare at the most boring screen ever… fix this!!!! Allow for background tracking like all other tracking apps, ain’t rocket science to implement this.

Can you please fix it? It’s currently not sending any data to Apple Health, even though the app is allowed to write data.

I am required to unlock my iPhone and rotate my screen otherwise the app won't work. Annoying!

The app works very bad, it is closing itself, and not saving the result. Very drama, unmotiving app. Also i cant check the results on the machine. Very bad!
