Be wary of this service. The cleaners are not professionals and the work is not high quality. They let anyone sign up to clean and there is no training on expectations. All very kind people, but I had to reschedule four times due to their last minute cancellations or when they couldn’t find a provider. If you’re looking for a basic wipe down, it’s probably fine. If you want to consistently keep you home clean, look elsewhere.
The easy online booking and great yelp reviews drew me to try Done. They are excellent for last minute scheduling and very easy to book Latisha - who did an excellent job. She works fast and so well, she's discreet, organized and our apartment 2Br was perfectly clean in 3h. She was incredibly sweet to me and my kitties, and I trust her in my home. I will ask her the next time I will need a cleaning of our home. Thank you Latisha for your hard work.

I didn’t have to wait days to get my apartment clean. Done sent over a prof cleaner within 30 mins and my place was spotless! It’s Uber for cleaning, I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick easy service.

I have never seen anything like Done. The interface is pleasant, but most importantly it works unprecedentedly! It is very convenient to have something like uber, but for cleaning services. They provide fast and quality service! Absolutely love it!
