Door Entry CLASSE100X

Once it’s working, it’s fine but I’ve never managed to install and use all the features of my Class101X. The whole installation process is a nightmare! I’ve just changed my internet provider and know I’m struggling to reset the whole thing and to access the camera.

So trying to use the app after moving to a new phone and cannot get past the login. Support is pretty poor.

Disappointed at the inflexible use of the app and the inability to see who my missed door bell ringers were.

My iPhone does not ring when in my pocket Only rings when I am using the phone and its unlocked It does not have a record function which should have as a basic Can not answer calls on apple watch

So great to see all of my building entry/ exits - post boxes- internal carpark doors and able to chat to my Parcel Postie and Delivery Drivers and guests and to lets them in. Terrific that I can remotely grant access if I am away which is so good because it means I don’t have to spend 2 hours on buses and have to walk up very busy HOLKER street- And past SILVERWATER JAIL and the back street s to get to RACHEL STREET. I Like to be home for my parcels- but sometimes I have ton unavoidably go out. It s great to know my parcels Will be safe inside and waiting for me on my return. The wall intercom is very easy to use and the picture is very clear. My phone app is really clear and is great to have it linked up.

Nice product. Wish it took a photo of everyone that rang bell and stored it for review later.

Great product and very convenient you can receive a call anywhere not missing a parcel or delivery. The only thing I would improve is on the app. It needs to have a function saying when the call was missed out on what time and what date. Currently, it only shows one call—no time or date.

Intermittent issues with using this app. Sometimes you can answer the door and speak with the delivery driver but door does not unlock. Works every second or third time so not consistent. Image and quality quite good
