Don’t buy this junk. Seller doesn’t fix even the most basic issues.

I have installed on 3 gates so far. You MUST have a strong WiFi signal. Ethernet hardwired into unit gets you best results. The programming does take a little to understand. Just remember to hit the check mark in the upper right when you want to send a programming command to the unit. You need to subscribe to there cloud service to expand some of the capabilities but it’s cheap. $40 a year. If there was one complaint, it would be the fact you can hear yourself talk to whoever is at the unit with 3 second delay. But that’s a buffer issue with the internet/cell service.

Very poor quality I hate it

Terrible lag, no record when a code is utilized, no alert that the gate has been opened, long codes without clear communication that a # is used before and after, no ability to temporarily disable codes for privacy, clips won’t save, half the time refuses to connect and open the gate, clunky/multiple steps to open gate remotely… it’s truly awful.

This thing works great for us. It does take a few seconds to connect, but that’s expected on my case considering my internet bounces to twice via air bridges before hitting my gate network. We get notifications quickly. Would love to see CarPlay App integration. My only complaint is that previous notifications ro notifications answered by others show up even after they’ve been answered.

Don’t buy it waste of money pure garbage

So turns out everything works fine on my neighborhors androids and my old android. But the app is absolutely useless on this phone

Can’t even create an account. When creating a password, it “requires 6-20 characters, must contain a number and lowercase and uppercase letter.” Tried many different variations, all containing the above criteria. Get the same error message every time. Worthless.

I hate this app. I hate even more that I HAVE to use it. It is incredibly slow and most of the time when someone calls me, it doesn’t actually give me a notification that I’m getting a call. The phone just starts buzzing rapidly. I then have to open the app and try to answer the call which just means it buffers for 20 seconds before disconnecting. The video/audio also doesn’t work most of the time for someone at the intercom and it rarely works on my end. Hate it.
