I recently had the pleasure of a consultation with account executive, Dayana, from DoorLoop for their property management software, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dayana had 45-minutes to deliver a demo and gave me extra time, which I greatly appreciated. Her approach was both educational and helpful, as she walked me through the software’s features with clarity and patience, making sure I understood how each aspect could benefit my business. Her reliability was evident throughout the entire process; she provided thorough answers to all my questions and followed up promptly with additional information I requested. Most importantly, her deep knowledge of the software and the property management industry shone through, giving me confidence in both the product and the support I can expect moving forward. Overall, this consultation was not only informative but also a pleasure, thanks to the professionalism, quick wit, and expertise of my account executive. I highly recommend DoorLoop for anyone in need of top-notch property management software and exceptional customer support.

My rat if a land lord makes me pay my rent through this trash app so now on top of rent there’s a 20 dollar fee thanks to the greedy rat running this app. I pray that they be given cancer. All parties involved deserve to rot.

Glitchy and not touch sensitive enough for an app - nearly unusable.

This app is terrible. My landlord set this up a few months ago. My first auto payment went through my last four all got canceled by the app. I have over $10,000 in my bank account and this thing doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible app for the tenants. This app does not know what is in the lease we signed. It charges late fees for rent that was paid before the cutoff date. You have to pay a fee of 3% of your rent to use a credit or debit card to make your payment with the app. Absolutely ridiculous. This app has also been bothering me for rent the next month well before the current month is even due. Just weird and annoying. Apps like this should make this easier for the manager and tenants but this is just nonsense.

I had paid early for my rent and had autopay set up. It did not cancel the next autopay and it charged me both times. I have nonstop been trying to get help on this. My bank cannot do anything about it nor my landlord. The payment goes first through DoorLoop. DoorLoop will not help me for they do not have actual support for tenants, only the automated messages from the app software that do not help in the slightest.
