Some levels get way too difficult and require to buy upgrades and still no warranty you will pass the level. Seems like they force you to pay to finish the game. Also if it glitches. And it does a lot. You don’t get your power ups back.

It’s an alright game but it gets annoying when you start playing it, and then you buy a power up that costs 10 gems just for the game to freeze and not reimburse me for the power up when I was unable to use it or even play the level with it.
Love this game, I have got to level 62 and it brings up another game to download, I can’t close it to continue this game or play past levels. Is this the end? Or will more be added?
I quite like this game but for some reason only the receptionist is moving and not the doorman. Can this bug be fixed?
Am really enjoying this game but some of the levels seem to be a bit impossible unless you spend money. I am currently stuck on a level and have used sooo many lives on it. I have done everything within the green time limit for each customer and they have all given me the heart eyes but I am still short on the money goal for the level. I don’t have enough money or gems to upgrade anything else and no other levels are playable to earn more gems or money. Stuck in a rut now of constantly replaying the same level hoping for a different outcome.
This is a cool game! But too many things are to be bought with your actual money. There is little to no options to be able to purchase coins or diamonds like most games. You also don’t get a lot to start with as a new player. Everything is literally having to BUY so you can get something rather than having options to gain more coins and diamonds to get a booster and whatnot. It’s a cool game, but you lose interest fast due to this reason! Other games have options for coins and all that, why is this one different
