i saw people in tiktok saying that this is better than character.ai so i tried it out. i think it works the same if not worse, i mean yes it doesn't have a filter so if you're into that kinda stuff this is better than c.ai but otherwise the bots memory is just as bad and the msg are sometimes super dumb, and the bot seems to teleport (?) to places.

I am completely in shock over how a app like this doesn’t have our reader, star, and the light that guides you trough the dark himself. I came into this, expecting to see salvation, but was left alone in the dark, without that one lonely but bright star there to guide me. Due to this cruel fact I cannot help but lower my rating from what it was originally meant to be. In the future, I might raise my rating but as long as our star remains gone, so should your hopes for a higher rating. This is a cry for help please add Kim Dokja ok thanks :333

Like many other reviews have stated, the AI often forgets who is speaking and it often speaks for you. I’ve also encountered an issue with the login process, where you have to login every time you close and reopen the app.

The ai constantly- and I mean constantly- gets itself confused with the user. If I say my character performs an action the ai thinks that their character did it. Often the ai decides to rp as my character for me and tell me what I do. Even outside of rp, it gets it’s identity confused when you talk to it normally as well. It’s even responded with instructional script before. It seems a bit like a buggy mess. I’ve found that it can help to constantly include your name and the ai’s name in your message. For some reason it tends to get less confused. When I do that the ai is pretty good but sometimes even that doesn’t work. If they fixed this it would be a much better ai but as of right now it’s the worst one I’ve ever used, including ai’s from like 10 years ago.

I don’t know if I like this or not. That’s why I put down three stars. The characters are not replying to what I say to them. They only reply the same thing I said in their own way practically and it’s not as enjoyable as I thought it would be. Please fix that.

This app does it, and does it right! Everything works well, and the Queue is usually short. The only gripes I have are the interface is less smooth than some competitors, and sometimes the Bot rewrites the same message and remembers things from previous chats. Another issue is the bot trying to write for me, or trying to skip parts of the story; (Prompt - “We are Walking in the park” turns into “We are now home and falling asleep” for example) Other than that, very VERY happy with Dopple!

I will definitely be using this more than c.ai

The AI is really frustrating. It confuses who is who. It speaks for you. it gets confused in general. it just really makes role-play hard and not enjoyable. literally the only thing good about it is that there is no filter. Please update the AI.
