平時冇幫襯開你地，咁啱琴日去咗moko店買衫，cashier店員問我有冇會員，我話冇，而佢亦冇介紹嗰會員app。今日我自己download呢個app先知有$50迎新coupon + 即場儲分制度。平時去其他鋪頭，店員都會主動叫客人download app join membership，仲會提客人用coupon，經過今次事件後對你地嘅員工同埋其培訓失望。

不停彈出去，要怎樣用🤦‍♀️

Slow loading of inventory

- 超慢，每頁都要等半分鐘才見到庫存，一入去會見到沒有選項，會以為真的沒有庫存。 - 想要有Apple pay，in-app purchase 而不是彈出網頁。 - cart 沒有save 在account, 搞到每次都要重新Add to cart 才買到東西。

400+ messages cannot be removed/ unread at once

There are 400+ message including the products news / promotion etc… in the inbox of the app, and I could not able to remove/ mark as unread at once. It also shows 400+ notifications on the top of the desktop icon ! It is so annoying and hope you could fix this asap. Thx

Useless Apps

Can’t load picture and many bugs. However, sales associates keep asking customers to use this apps for check membership record and benefit. What is the purpose for this?
