I have been using this app for seven or eight years now. At times I was frustrated with it. But as one other reviewer said the developers are very responsive, and the app has improved immensely over the years. I rely on it seven days a week along with four or five other people who work for me. It’s been a game changer for my business.

It has potential, and it worked just fine before the updates. Please fix it.
This app won’t let you open the pictures that are uploaded and cuts them off to a small size so you’re unable to view most of it. The layout is more difficult to read- too busy.
After four days of not using the app, I received an email saying my account would be deactivated due to lack of use. I explained that it was not even a week, to which hey responded that their records show it was ten days of no use. People take time off, there are slow times. A business owner shouldn’t have to worry about their platform being shut off due to a very small slow period. Also, none of my clients could figure out how to even make an account. Continue looking. This isn’t the solution for your business needs. Trust me.
I was completely unimpressed with the change from the older version to this revamp before. However, the developers have been very responsive and while the revamp does still have minor glitches, the developers are easy to reach and fix things promptly. I’m happy to use this app for my business and I hope to collaborate further to make it perfect!
