I’ve been happily playing DoubleU for a long time now, and it’s always been one of the best slots game if not the best overall game I use. Unfortunately, to coincide with recent hard times and price hikes, Double U have decided to offer less free chips per day, on top of which, they’ve turned the dial down on the amount of wins or winnings you get using said free chips. I’m not daft, I understand they run their App to make money, but, how can you possibly get into a game long enough to spend real money if they aren’t offering some sort of excitement or longevity to make you want to play more? Surely that’s the whole point, isn’t it? Some of the bad parts: The new ‘Helios wheel’ should have been a good idea, but again, the money took over. The amount of spins you have to achieve to claim it is huge, then annoyingly resetting if you don’t get them in a short time limit is totally pointless and frustrating, especially ‘as mentioned before’ if you aren’t given enough wins to get the spins anyway! The ‘Daily Bonus’ is capped at 500,000, regardless of how long you’ve been logging in for. If you look at the majority of other similar Apps, they offer a wide variety of daily bonuses which increase exponentially the longer you log in each day, as they should, it keeps people coming back, it’s a no brainer. Finally! The new game as of June 2024 ‘Poseidon’, it’s duff! Absolutely no thought has gone in to game play or originality to differ from their other recent games. It’s so boring, I’m not sure how it got past the team who have the final say, maybe it was the bosses relation ???? Onwards: I really think the management need to look at their current team and have a bit of a shake up. The graphics are getting better but the games are getting repetitive and mundane. On the plus side, I love how you can collect all free chips at once now and the games are quicker to move on when you get smaller wins. Please please please, look at the daily login prizes and the way they are implemented. And get someone with some good ideas to create a good game! Still login everyday to chill for a bit, hence the 3 stars, but it’s becoming more and more of a frustration then a chill. Cheers DoubleU GM

I do love the game. But at the moment wins low and rare. Expensive to buy credits. There is no reason to make them so expensive, they are going to get them all ack in the end. Not like we can withdraw them to send anywhere

Latest version doesn’t work. Loading is a constant issue.

I’ve played DUC for years and the app never had any problems and the graphics were great. These days, it keeps kicking you out saying your logged in somewhere else, it keeps running that slow each spin is lasting up to 5 minutes and they are constantly lowering the number of free coins and free spins. When I started playing years ago, I was receiving about 5M coins a day (some from free spins). I’m like lots of other people and feel DUC ruined the game with all the features that have nothing to do with slots at all. The login& slow game connection needs fixing ASAP. It’s the only game I’ve changed from 5 stars down to 2, but will happily increase is things improve.

Really annoyed that you have taken my favourite game away so much so that after my balance I will not be playing again. Piggy hammer game.

After a number of years being a member, I was surprised to find that I have been reverted as a new member,I have lost my Sapphire Status as well as my other benefits.Been sending emails as well contact tickets,but no one has bothered to contact me , I hope someone takes an interest and resolve my problem Thanks

I’m lieing this game is crap it cheats you out of your money don’t waste your money to win nothing it’s true you are spending your money and for what nothing I worked for this game and they have fixed it to take as much money as they can after about a year you will win a jackpot but they will take it back quickly thanks for the many good holiday I’ve had on you all 5 star
