Failure to update status after subscription
I am really sad with this app, after updating my status to VIP for days now I am Yet to access voice messages I have. And there is no contact details of support link to correct or complain about this kind of errors. This is really a turn off despite the like I have for the app.... I hope u read this and make amends please.
