DownCount Countdown Timer

A simple app which does the job. I would ask for a couple of improvements which would make the app more usable. 1. Allow an editing function to allow updates to your created event (such as a change of date or time to the event). 2. Allow an option to decide how you want the countdown displayed. i.e. hrs/mins/sec or yrs/weeks/day/hrs/secs etc. the only option at the moment is hrs/min/sec. I have events which are several years away so it's difficult to perceive remaining time. I have messaged the developers a couple of times but have had no reply. Could be a 5* app.

Have just purchased above named app and have not been very impressed, moving from on screen to another takes a lot of tapping the screen on my phone, it is not slick and cans be very frustrating. Or is this a clever way of keeping me occupied till my retirement comes

Doesn't work over the cloud.

This app does what it says and is a great way to check how long ur event is going to be. Just a few improvements should be made like the app goes off when u press on it and it takes a couple of minutes to come back on but other than that the app is amazing and people should download it NOW

It would even be better if the developer may allows it to notifies me about the events. So that it would be very good reminder that worth paying for.

Truly awesome. You can set up a count down timer to the exact minute of the day!!! I haven’t found another app that does this

Not sure if it was because of a recent update and I thought I had backups through iCloud but all my countdowns were erased. I tried erasing and reinstalling the app and enabling iCloud to see if they would come down but no luck. :(

I like the simplicity of the app and it is easy to enter the various dates I want a countdown too. Appears to have iCloud synchronization which is good. And I like that it shows full screen in landscape mode on iPad. The slight negatives are the fonts on the main screen are very small and is light grey, so hard for this old guy to see. There also doesn’t appear to be a way to set a reminder for any of the dates, which would be nice but may take away from the simplicity of the app. When I installed the app hadn’t been updated in over a year, hopefully the developer hasn’t abandoned this app.

I experimented with several similar apps. This one is by far, the easiest to use, and he’s 100% reliable. I use it daily!

There's no way to edit the time or the title of a countdown timer. There's no way to change the appearance of the timer font it's very thin and the ability to make it thicker or change the font would be highly desirable.
