App and/or backend servers need overhaul! Can’t seem to update in my area! Often doesn’t report any problems even though I and my neighbours have reported multiple serious issues!
In my experience, Downdetector has never detected a realtime local Xfinity outage, even when I received a text from Xfinity acknowledging an issue with local outages. For my purposes it’s a warte-of-space app, which I deleted.
so uh, i play this game called BT6 Netflix, and so may some of you people out there, i was wondering if you could add both the versions of BTD6, the original BTD6 and the Netflix BT6
Fantastic app information wise. However, there’s a section for favorites which you used to be able to list the companies and sites that you use the most separately from all the others. This list no longer appears even though they are stared on the main page.
The website is far more responsive than the app. The app works good on the iPhone but when I installed it on my IPad, the app was stuck in the portrait position instead of the landscape orientation my iPad was in. Since I never use my iPad in the portrait position, I uninstalled it. Do better.
App isn’t bad, but one of the things that people use down detection sites for is to commiserate with other users having the same outage. IMO, Downtector needs to rethink using Disqus as their comment platform, because it does an extremely poor job. Comments are always out of date, login is always a hassle. Just about any other provider would be better and would make the Downdetector app a lot more user friendly.
No dark mode, no landscape mode on iPad, tiny fonts that are not sizable… it’s like it’s 2010 all over again.
