Everytime, they say their app is slow, bhai koi aur bahana dhundo ye baat ab purani hogae hai, 2 hours baad jb call kro to tb kehty hain k apka order confirm kr rhy. Downtown bistro should delete their app and focus on their staff and customer service.

App keeps on loading in Splash screen

1. App shows the wrong delivery timing, it needs to be accurate like food panda. 2. App got no contact option if the order gets delayed. Food was amazing and tasty and well cooked, ordered twice through app and both the app and the food were amazing except the 2 above mentioned problems and 3rd, food was cold both of the times, downtown staff needs to pay attention on this that customer likes only fresh and warm food. Except these 3 flaws rest was everything perfect. Keep it up 👍🏻

Totally useless app No option to creat account with email 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
