Dr. Lybrate - Grow Practice

I have raised multiple prescriptions and patients haven’t received a single message.

No patients referrals. And no meaningful communications. Unsolicited. Unwanted Spam. I demand that we should have an option to opt the hell out of these Lybrate spam texts and mails. I’m sick and tired of deleting them. And it’s my right to not fill up my text box and mind with these useless texts and mails crap.

Useless app! Crashes all the time! Payements not made on time!

They keep begging to renew the subscription but the app doesn’t open. It’s just sad

Uploaded all the documents and got a notification after 2 days that it’s verified, but after opening again showing as its still verified and written mail also waited for 2 days, no support nothing horrible

It's one of the most bugging and useless apps I've come across in my online practice. I would not recommend this to any fellow doc. They can send 20 notifications in a day but cannot approved my documents. They ask me to grow my practice by giving feedback and comments on various posts but as I open the app to do so, I'm notified that I'm not a verified doctor yet. I rather see my patients for free than here.

It takes very long to verify profile. I’ve registered past 10-12 days and it’s still under verification.

I have been trying to provide online consultations to COVID patients through this app. All it keeps saying is profile under verification. Has been a week now . The WhatsApp number provided is dumb . No one bothers to read or reply . Better to chose some other platform .
