Login Problem
While I can login to my kids profile , I still cant login to mine
Call center??
App says to contract the call center but there is no phone number anywhere in the app
Bad app
The claim they completely updated the app but it’s the same junk that slow and none responsive, they didn’t even change the UI nor the theme or at least the log in instead of forcing me to register new user and I have to crash the app and login again to probably will go to login instead of register new user

The app is good but
The app is good but it keeps asking for login every time I open it. Also it is a bit slow sometimes. Login issue should be solved it is frustrating.

Nearly unusable
While my experiences at the hospital have been quite good, app is horrific - utterly useless! It seems like it was designed to ensure that you cannot make an appointment unless you know exactly which doctor you want to see rather than helping you find the right doctor based on your issue. For example, there is no way to make an appointment for a drivers license renewal. You have to figure out which doctors provide which tests and book the services individually. So poor.
Needs fixing
The app keeps on lagging and some features for. Work at all I keep booking comprehensive medical checks and they don’t seem to go through plus why no customer support on app except for the voice one and even that has a hard time finding its way. Even the customer support on the phone is far below mediocre.
From best to worst!
This app used to provide innovative ways to reach any medical need with ease of mind and comprehensive digital services. Now it seems more of a forgotten app by the biggest medical hospital in Saudi. It’s a shame how one of the best apps have fallen to be the worst. I payed twice for services that already covered by my insurance and I couldn’t get at least a bill.
