Dragonfly Coffee Roasters

They make really good coffee, a bit expensive, but good. However this app is really bad. Not all the products that are on the website are available in the app so you’re forced to go to the website to make a purchase rather than just do it in the app. I keep it on my phone because they give discount codes for their good but too expensive coffee but, the only way to get them is through notifications. At that point you have to take a screen shot (or memorize) the code because when you click on it it opens the app (removing the notification) but the code is not listed in the app anywhere. Very frustrating. On top of all that the design of the app is, well strange. It’s very confusing and disorganized and difficult to find anything. Not sure what they were thinking. Their website is not much better but at least it’s usable, this is pretty awful. So as I said, they’re good at coffee but terrible at making an app. In all honesty if dragonfly happens to read this, you should really outsource this kind of thing to someone who knows how to do it. You would sell a lot more off your product and it would free you up to do what your good at: coffee.

So far I’ve enjoyed the coffees I’ve ordered from Dragonfly Coffees. I love their Geisha coffee. My favorite coffee of all time is Jamaican Blue Mountain. I’m trying my first bag from Dragonfly coffee this week. I can’t wait to taste my first cup. I really like that they roast it at Med light. So many Roasters do Med to Dark roast which I think is less appealing. Thanks for doing such a great job procuring and roasting great coffees! Anne

I only downloaded the app because their website advertises 25% off your order on the app. But after downloading, that deal doesn’t seem to exist, no matter how hard I look for it. Very frustrating!
