DragonPass Premier+

This app through recent updates has become useless. For understandable security reasons it logs you out after 6 hours but then refuses to accept login credentials saying email/password combination is incorrect. Trying reset password option does not work as the app fails to send reset code to either email of mobile (also says phone number format is not recognised)! Now I cannot use my lounge passes, including the ones I get free through my bank account (which is part of the benefits I pay the bank for!). Shocking.

App really needs Apple wallet support for membership card like priority pass does please consider adding

The app forces me to reset my password on every use, it’s literally drives me round the bend that need to update it every time I’m flying which is a lot these days. It’s been like that for years now and no idea when it’s being fixed or looked at

Trying to book a lounge (normally free) for 3 of us and the charge is £34 . No way.

For a long time I couldn’t even log in. Now I can at least get into the app but tbh all I really need to do is save a copy of my card on my phone - I don’t really need an app.

The problem of the app not recognising passwords is still there … each time I use it, I have to change my password. Looking at the reviews, this has been a problem for a while. It needs fixing. This is still a problem

The app is really buggy. It keep’s logging out even when it was logged in the same morning. Loading the pass itself is slow.

Keeps asking for a password and the reset email never comes through in time. You have to plan to use this app a day in advance. Very inconvenient

So I updated my app a week or so ago, I’m currently travelling in China, look at using a lounge, but the app won’t work unless I update… whilst data roaming… not very clever

Doesn’t open up a keyboard to actually let you type in a recovery code or new password for password reset. Doesn’t have an option to auto fill recovery code sent out via text. Doesn’t allow you to paste a new password into the password reset screen, only allows you to select a password from stored in iCloud, will not let you use another password manager like 1Password. Did you actually test any of your password reset flows before releasing this junk? Overall it’s useless.
