When i downloaded it on my new iphone i cant see the bus timing anymore 😭

Always says error if i put my mobile number payment tru Payit. Its so annoying

Extend the bus timings please. It’s not convenient that you lessen the bus schedule or better bring back the bus timing instead.

What kind of bus time schedule do you have? I got late because the bus im expecting didnt arrive! Please fix this. Thank you.

I wish I didn't update. Bus times is no longer accurate like before. It shows negative time!!! Bus arrives on negative time, which is very confusing. Please bring back the old version with accurate bus times!

It's pretty good, but it always says no buses found or things like that

They should include a feature in the Hafilat card that displays the amount deducted pertrip and the remaining credit balance on the card. The waiting period for online top up to be reflected is 2 hours which is too long. People use online option because not all bus stop has recharge machine, so i suggest online top up should be instant so that people can do it on the go. This would make the app more useful and user-friendly.

I was trying to save my bus card on it to recharge my account but the app doesn’t save the card . I mean what is the point of it if i have to type my hafilat card everytime i want to recharge . it feels like a really big hassle Please fix this issue .
