Heavy Micro-transactions, FOMO, and NFTs
This company/game uses predatory business tactics to heavily pressure players into spending money for minimal advancement. Along with this, the company uses NFT’s to promote the game, a shady practice that is well hated in other gaming communities, environmentally destructive, and a borderline scam. When I raised my concerns on their feedback channel, I was threatened with a ban. As some of the support staff are arrogant and rude, I would be very apprehensive about spending money with them incase problems arose that may need their assistance in fixing. Along with shady business practices, there is not much in the game actually worth playing for. While the art is decent, it is nothing more than a clicker game that pressures the player to spend money through invasive ads, micro transactions, and limited time events made to induce fear of missing out. Completing quests requires a ridiculous amount of tapping that hurt my hand after just a few minutes. Instead of a game it becomes a daily checklist of going through the motions to make sure you don’t miss any time limited content. If you play make sure you don’t get too invested.
