When waking from a dream, type or say a few words (eg a dream title), and I find for myself, that I can recall that dream in the morning. You can add details whenever you wish. I also find that when I'm actively using DreamCatching, the number of dreams I can recall is increased significantly. I hope you like it. The app should keep dreams current across your iOS devices. An updated macOS version is not far off.
