Dreame - Read Best Romance

You end up paying way more for books than what it is in a book store….and most of these books are not. I really don’t think that they are worth it. There are great story lines but the price is ridiculous.

I have gone from app to app for one book that I’m trying to read. This app advertised saying it was free to read. I downloaded, found the story, got to reading and what did I discover? It’s not free and I’m not buying them anymore! I couldn’t even decide on when to use them, it was strike me that the app was automatically taking the coins as I read. I’m going to try and look on a couple more apps and HOPE I can find it somewhere else.

It has cost me $50 to not even finish one book. If you’re someone like me who hates leaving a book unfinished, this app is not for you. These books are not worth $50. Kindle unlimited gives you as many books as you want for $15 a month. Once this book is done, I will delete this app and never touch it again.

Over $100 to read a completed book? Are you kidding me. Absolutely ridiculous

I love this app, but I have an issue with the fact that I am doing the things to get the coins and one second I have a bunch of coins to unlock the next chapter, the next minute all my coins are gone and I didn’t get that chapter. I am absolutely not happy about this, I honestly wish that this doesn’t happen ever again.

Dreame use to be about the writers and giving them a platform to showcase their works. Now it has become a money grab for greedy executives. It is way too expensive to buy coins, too limited to earn free bonus coins, the chapters are too short, they require us to wait 3 days before using bonus coins, in which they expire, and now they lock the final chapters to some stories to all bonus coins! They stopped caring about the writers and the readers. Dreame just wants your money.

A few months ago, this app would have gotten two more stars from me. Now, I find myself constantly annoyed by the ever present “offer” to read “free” for an hour, unlimited. By free, they actually mean for $.49. By “offer” I mean the button that blocks the previous ability to purchase multiple chapters at a time. This “offer” runs for 24 hours and renews immediately after it expires. So, I have lost one of my favorites options from this app, in lieu of one that helps me not at all.

To expensive for the low quality of books, the books are good, but a lot of grammar errors for the price. You can find better quality books for much cheaper on Amazon with the same theme.

I like the stories, but hate all the hoops you have to jump through to read more. I will not buy time to read. I am not on social media so I cannot get extra time that way, structure to earn points by clicking on ads and staying a specific amount of time is clunky at best. Can’t you just put up a commercial and if you watch it all the way through, you get more time? So frustrating….
