DreamWell is a good app but, it does have some restrictions with paying for more features. It’s nice that they have sleep sounds and notifications to ask if your dreaming. I would highly recommend DreamWell.

Intuitive, instructive, intelligent glow; DreamWell is my new favorite app. It is easy to use, and the tips have helped me remember my dreams, helping me to look forward to going to bed each night. The design is beautiful, but the content is even better! The mini-courses have unlocked my dreams.

This is a beautiful and wonderful app. I love that the company is a Public Benefit Corporation. The mission is to “support the natural well-being of all dreamers everywhere … promoting healthy sleep and dreams”. This app offers mindfulness, sleep, dreaming, meditation , and a way to track sleep and to record dreams. I love the look of the app, the ease of use and the holistic approach to sleep and dreaming. I particularly enjoy how the app helps to bridge the dreaming self into the waking self. I usually fall asleep quickly but often struggle with staying asleep for more than 4 hours. One of the ways I use the app is to get back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night. The length of my time sleeping has increased up to 7 hours. The increased length of sleep makes all the difference in how I feel and how much I enjoy my day! I find that the Journeys offered are very helpful. Although I’ve read about sleep in the past, The Sleep Journey is extremely informative. It is a succinct, interesting and motivating education on sleep. It has inspired me to prioritize sleep.
I really love this app. I think it’s one of the best dream journals out there!

The focus on sleep + mindfulness makes it easier for me to drop into my meditation practice. Having sleep as the focal point brings an intention to my mindfulness practice that I didn’t know I needed. The guided mediations are amazing! Highly recommend!
